Thinking of everyone and hoping your holiday's went great. We had a good Christmas and a quiet New Year. We don't go out for New Year's Eve, we enjoy being home. This year our three went to a lock in at our church and they had a blast.
We are still on the market, nothing moving in our area of Michigan. We will see how the winter and spring go, we are committed to our agent until March.
How is everyone doing?

Hey Sharon, good to see you! What the heck is a lock in, BTW? Getting locked in at church doesn't sound too fun to this disgraced Catholic, lol!
We are getting out house is sellable condition. We just took down the wallpaper in the kitchen and repainted and it came out sooo good! It makes the kitchen look less cluttered, cleaner and bigger. Next weekend we plan to paint the cabinets and replace the hardware. I am very excited about it.
We also repainted the bathroom over. They are basically the same colors as before but the first paint job was done by my mother and she did a horrible job (sorry, mom!). While we were at it, we replaced the light fixture with a nice brushed nickel one because DH accidently broke the old one! Just as well because the older one was icky. Our next step is replacing the sink with a vanity and replacing the mirror. I saw a nice one at Home Depot that was more than what we wanted to spend, but it is so nice.
Another thing on the list is to replaint the hallway and den, and add mirrored doors for our bedroom closets. We're not 100% sure if we actually moving or not, but at least our house will be as ready as it can be if we do go that route.
