I was in charge of the food list at daycare so I got first dibs...lol! I'm doing half the fruit tray. I'm bringing apples, bananas, pineapple, and strawberries. Another Mom is bringing grapes, kiwi, and oranges. We serve it with a very yummy fruit dip (recipe to follow).

I bought some pre-packaged chocolate chip cookie dough for Kinsey to make cookies for her Daddy.

Brenda ;)

Fruit Dip 2

8 Ounces Cream Cheese -- softened
1 7 Oz. Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Combine cream cheese and marshmallow cream. Mix well. Serve with fresh
fruit and cookies as dippers. Makes 2 cups.

That is my all time favorite fruit dip! I make it any time I have a party just so I can gobble it up! Strawberries are my favorite to dip in it. Yummmmmmm......now I want some! LOL

Ooooh, that sounds so good! I need to come up with something for the family and something to take to school. Our elementary school partners with a hospital and they do all kinds of cool field trips and a science night and some other stuff. To say thank you we take treats to the hospital on Valentine's Day. The fruit try and dip would be perfect, but I don't know how fast it'll get delivered. Hmmmmm. Might have to find out if I can deliver it myself. Thanks for the great idea!!
