Has anyone tried listing on Craigslist? just wondering if its useful

craigslist is very popular in chciago so I may try to put an ad on there tonight if I can get some pix uploaded while the house is clean. I am just sick about the thought of paying $20k to list our house.

when the market was better we sold two of our houses on ISOLDMYHOUSE.COM
We never tried Craigslist though. It can't hurt to keep it listed there. GL!

I posted our house in CO on Craigslist, it didn't really help, but it didn't hurt either. I made a free webpage on tripod with a bunch of pictures (since you can only upload 4 to CL) and put a link in my posting. It's free so you really have nothing to lose.Good luck! Selling a house is soooo stressful!
