check in as it has been a while since I have. Well, we are STILL on the market after six months and we have NOT had any showings. We had our agent over the other night and dropped our price down by $5,000. We are hoping something breaks and we get some showings and a offer so that we can get out of this house. It has really cost us much more than we thought it would. We don't keep the pool heated anymore, we heat it if we are having company and then we let it go cold again. The propane is just too much.

Anyway, just saying hello after being away for a while.

Now I must admit thay I am confused...didn't you sell your house & already buy a new one??? Am I confusing your story with someone else???

Nope, you have it correct. We now have listed the "new" one. It isn't working out the way that we thought it would so we now have "it" on the market. So...............we are sitting and hoping as well as praying that we sell by this summer.

Ok, That's what I thought. Well I hope it selld for you quickly. Where are you planning on moving to?

We have two things, either stay in this area because we don't want to move the kids to another school unless we make the move out of state. We are thinking that again, either Texas or Arizona. We are so tired of the cold weather.

I don't blame you for wanting out of the cold! I hate living here. I hate winter, I hate snow. I would love to live farther south again
