Wishing you all the luck in selling. I am praying that we get someone to look at ours and make an offer. We actually lowered it by $5,000 last week and looked at some houses with our agent. We need to know what is around here if we decide to stay in this area. We are really thinking of making a move to Texas. We should have done it before moving here, but hey..........you never know.

Kerry, I know you have mixed emotions about selling your house. I hope a buyer comes along quickly, you find a home you love in a great area and it all turns out wonderfully. :lol:
