I've been trying to eat better but still eat well. I hate eating bland food so i have been looking for some good recipes that still have a lot of flavor. I'm going to post a few in the COOKBOOK but hope you will share a few of your own!

anytime you marinate meat and grill it or bake it, you are saving calories and keeping flavor. Always keep a lot of veggies and protein in the house, then you can pair them anyway. Serve an assorment of raoasted veggies over pasta with a fish or meat. I never worry about portions when I'm eating that way, I can stuff myself silly!
Have you ever sauteed cherry tomatoes? it's amazing how different the flavor is!

I sauteed some zucchini and squash the other day and at the last minute, I added in some cherry tomoatoes.....YUMMM! It was so good. DH wanted me to make sure and do that again. Thanks for the ideas!
