I had another open house on Sunday...

and guess what? No one came. My house has been listed for over a month and we have had not ONE showing! I knew things were bad, but ouch.

Aww Kerry, I'm so sorry. What is your realtor's take on it? Is there glut of houses in your price range on the market already? That is the biggest problem here. Good luck, remember it takes just one buyer; that person will come along soon.
