I'm starting to freak out that our house hasn't sold yet. It hasn't even been on the market 2 weeks, but I'm getting paranoid. We have had about 6 showings and all of the feedback was positive, but no offers. Someone tell me to chill out. Relax enid, it will be OK. Right????

Selling our house was probably one of the most stressful times in my life. DH had already moved to TX, I was stuck with the 2 kids, cleaning everyday, having showing after showing with NO interest. Our new house in TX wass almost done and we were going to have 2 mortgage payments, it SUCKED. But in the end it all worked out, but it was super stressful. I totally undertand what your going thru, but CHILL OUT :) It has been 2 weeks, what's the average time a home is one the market where you are? I bet it's more than a couple weeks. IT WILL SELL!!! Give it some time, it only takes 1 person and it's a done deal :P

selling is such a stressfull time. I hope you get an offer soon. The market is still on the slow side here so maybe people are looking a lot before they make their decisions since the market isn't moving quickly!

Good Luck!!!

I hear your pain, sista! My house has been on sale for almost two weeks now and we haven't had one showing. Not one! We've had two Open Houses that were total busts. This is a horrible market!

Just to let you know. I live in Michigan and we have had our house on the market since last Labor Day 06 and we have not NO SHOWINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not kidding, we haven't had anyone look at this house. We will keep it on the market until we sell, it is costing us too much money. It is great that we now live in the country, we have five acres, three bedroom, three car garage with an indoor pool. We have a great yard with plenty of wild life and that is cool. We are tired of working our hindys off for a house payment. We are thinking of opening a retail chocolate shop and now we may stay in the area, still want a different house and get out of debt.

Good Luck with selling, it is very stressful. The house will sell, it will take the right person to come through and picture themselves living there. REALX and enjoy the process, it will be history before long.
