Nah, it ain't going anywhere. Only two showings in almost 4 months. We are considering taking it off the market and redoing the basement instead...perhaps adding another bedroom and bathroom, and a huge bonus room. That would be sweeeet!

Well, two showings in four months sound good to me. Heck, we are in a rural area and have been on the market since last September and have had NO SHOWINGS!!!!!!!

Wishing you all the best in selling..............Michigan realty stinks still and it seems nothing is moving.

Our chocolate business is starting to grow, we sure hope that it really takes off so we don't have to worry about my husband not getting any more contracts for engineering. He is in the automotive field and that has gone downhill and there are so many people walking away from their houses. It is sad, the houses just sit and they go into repo.

Thinking of all those trying to sell their homes.
