Hope it's okay that I did this post. I'm determined to keep myself going.

I did WP Buns/Thighs this morning. Now it's off to get ready, get kiddos up by 7:10 and out the door by 7:30 to take my SS to summer school and the other kiddos to work with me.

Have a great day! Maybe I can get an ab workout in later.

Peggy, I'm so glad to see you posting!! Anyone is welcome to start the exercise thread! Great job getting your pilates in early!

Starting over week 1 of my couch potato to 5K routine, I only got to do it twice last week. I haven't been able to work out since Friday! :hugs:

So 5 mins brisk walk, 60 seconds running alternating with 90 seconds walking, 5 mins cooldown walk.

An hour of cardio sculpting class at the gym w/ 3, 5, & 8 lb weights. Felt great! :hugs:

16.25 mile bike. Between the killer winds and the hills, my legs got a major workout! I'll be doing some serious stretching (somebody give me a kick if I forget to do this, which I tend to do!) Hoping to get some arm work in later on as well.

Got to see Kayleigh and her class walking to the library while I was out....so cool that she still gets happy to see me, even with her friends! :hugs:

10 min solutions slim & stretch. Feels good... Owen slept like CRAP last night.... so tired... but so happy I still got something in. No time for nap today... just COFFEE!!! LOL..... :blink:


PS Hoping for a walk tonight. We're having beautiful weather!!!! :hugs:

Arm work (sculpting circle, pushups and tricep dips) and Stretch max.

Got in my walk tonite... about 20 min, a good brisk one with 2 of 3 kiddies along :blush2:
