Well for me, I find myself "bouncing" in my seat...moving around. It gives me more energy.

And, the glute exercises while sitting in your seat while posting don't hurt either. ;)

Any little bit helps. I find when I am sitting down at the computer or watching tv I suck my tummy in to tighten those AB muscles AND believe me every little bit of that HELPS!! :blush2:

Exercise totally gives me more energy. When I don't do anything, I just feel lazy. I rarely ever just sit & watch tv. I either do pilates, stretch, or read a healthy magazine/ book. Sometimes it drives my dh nuts that I can't just sit & do *nothing*. I just can't do it!

I agree!!! I'm tired with my new baby, but dont have the time to nap.. cant check out mentally either most of the time - in the middle of the day - but getting in a little exercise helps SO much! Plus, its a great mood-lifter :grouphug: Keep it up!

ITA Jess! I get so tired and worn out when I skip exercising. I feel so much better mentally too.
