Help
I'm wondering what size of ball is needed for this workout? Is it any different from the ones sold in stores? I can get the ball workout on ebay, but it dosen't come with the ball. I would have to buy one. Also, how much are the balls if anyone knows!

The regular ball workout, or the new ball workout? I just use my Core Secrets ball for the regular one...I think...not sure though...that it is 60".

Ummm I didn't even know that there were two!! LOL So not sure how to answer that!! 60" is that circumference?

Yep, there are 2 different WP ball workouts. There is the regular workout just called the Ball workout which uses a larger exercise ball (I think mine's also 65cm, I also have the one from Core Secrets), and then there is the new dynamic sculpting ball workouts. The ball that these workouts use is much smaller, more like a basketball size. HTH!

OK Jess I really need to know which one to bid on!! I want the one that you rant and rave about!! What is the exact tittle? It must be the new one. Is this one available anywhere other then ebay? Is it even available on ebay?

They're both good workouts, the original Ball workout you can get at http://www.collagevideo.com (click on Winsor Pilates & it'll pull up the workout). The other one is called the Dynamic Sculpting Ball workout. That's the one that I went to CA for the last time. The little ball is really neat & you can use it in a variety of ways w/ pilates. I know you can't get it on the website, and I'm not sure about ebay? HTH!
