WP Advanced sculpting circle, I plan to do this workout at least once a week. It's just so effective, I love it!!

And I'm officially DONE w/ my first P90X rotation!!! I will be posting my pics & results once I get them done. I'm planning to start another rotation on August 20th, gonna do some other workouts in the mean time & enjoy my Cathe/ pilates a lot more often!!

Can't wait to see the results Jess! I am sure the program was very effective.

An hour of pilates class at the gym for me this morning.

We are off to the lake for a few days. Hope to hit the gym over there a couple of times. Have a good weekend/week everyone!

I snuck in WP Buns/Thighs at 6:15 a.m. before everyone got up. Then, I've been running around and it will start all over in another hour. Glad I was able to fit something in today. Morning seems to be the time....

WP Accelerated Body Sculpting. I forgot how much I love this one!! It's long though and the teasers are a killer!

25 min run/walk intervals on treadmill (Workout 3 of Couch to 5K-- woohoo, onto week 2) and 15 mins elliptical...and 3 hours walking at the zoo!!
