Weekend Workouts What are you doing...Pilates, running, walking, abs, etc.

I just finished WP Abs -- the 20 minute with her favorite, the teasers at the end. I made it through and feel energized. I hopped on the scale earlier today and just by starting my workouts again regularly this week I can see a couple of lbs. melting away from more activity. WP Rocks!

Just did WP B&T, then 50 crunches and 5 roll-ups.
Kinda slacked off the last few days, with no pilates fri or sat. But friday night I did take a 30 min walk, so OK. Still kind of mad at my scale

I think I'm actually getting some tone and muscle in my power house, lol. Still have plenty of flab to work off though.

Now I added a 25 minute walk with our dog, Daisy the viszla, and Nick, my six-year-old. What a beautiful weekend we have had weather-wise!

Saturday- 3.56 mile jog outside. Knees were KILLING ME! : (
Sunday- walked the dog only about a mile maybe
