Cathe's Slow & Heavy Chest & Back workout plus planks. Still getting over this dumb cold but feeling better!

3.5 mile treadmill run -- SIL says I can come over anytime to use her treadie... ;) I had an audience part of the time when my 9 yr old niece became intrigued with how I could listen to music and run at the same time...lol!
