I was looking around this website this morning and came across these flip flops: http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/family/ind...&cp=2484525

Has anyone heard of these or tried them? They are obviously very popular since they are sold out.

I hope everyone is having a great day! It is raining here today but that is okay, we needed it so bad!

Yes, I've heard of them but haven't tried them. I don't know how much of a difference they'd make, but if they're comfy it suppose it can't hurt! :aggressive:

Rainy here too, yucky day!! I better shut down the computer as we're having some big t-storms!!

Hugs,
Jess

They sound interesting. I had not heard of them. Let us know how you like them if you get a pair.

I've been wearing Earth Shoes (sandals) for the last 2 years.
http://www.earth.us/comfort.asp

They are designed with a negative heel (your heel sits lower in the shoe than the ball of the foot -- the opposite of high heels). I find that they do help me keep better body alignment and better posture. They're also very comfortable.

The company suggests that you burn more calories walking in them because it's like walking on an incline, but I doubt I walk enough in them to make any significant contribution to calorie expenditure. (I still use regular running shoes for my work-outs.)

Peace,
Karen
