Just thought I would check in with you guys. The boys (including DH) are napping so this is my chance to run to the library. I miss this board and the motivation!!! But, I have still managed to keeping up with eating well and exercising. Right now eating well isn't a problem because of the great veggies now coming from the garden. I have beets (Austin LOVES those), beans, peas, zucchini, fresh basil, cucumbers very soon! Exercising has been working out well too. The boys love to go for bike rides...I'm now up to 10 miles with them. I'm up to running 2.25 miles. The areas I need to work on are abs. I also need to get a better sleep routine. I've been staying up too late and don't get up to do my workouts (CAthe DVDs)...I have been doing the upper body ones every week but nothing else so I really need to work on that. It's my goal for the week to get all the scheduled workouts in.
I apologize that I can't read the other post but I've been thinking about all of you guys and hope you all are on the way to reaching your health living goal!!
