Day 2 this week of Couch Potato to 5K sequence. 5 min warmup via brisk walk, alternating 60 secs running with 90 secs of walking. 2 min cooldown (would have kept walking, wanted to, but the 32 oz of water and 12 oz of coffee I had prior to getting to the gym REALLY wanted to come out.)

53 min run (1st run in a month due to being sidelined with plantar fasciitis)
