I'll post mine here since I will be computer-less for the weekend.
I don't measure (too lazy at this point), but I am down 2 pounds this week for a total of 6.5 pounds.

Have a great weekend!
Kristina

Yes it is!!! WOw, where is everyone???

I myself did not have a good week.... Dealt with lots of personal issues, and Owen didnt sleep too well so ended up taking naps a few days instead of working out. But I think I did get something in atleast 4 times this week. I'm trying my darndest not to get discouraged, but the scale didnt budge again this week. I know I need to commit more to exercise but its just so hard right now! I'm so tired some days I cant stand it. So.... still pluggin away. I know things will get better soon.

And WTG Kristina on your loss! 6.5 is awesome!

Well, I didn't have the greatest week as I had a bad summer cold & wasn't feeling so hot and AF showed up, but still managed to STS. Didn't do measurements since I just did them last week, but am feeling better. Didn't get in as much exercise as usual either, but listened to my body & rested which is hard for me to do. :dntknw:

Hugs,
Jess

Down a lb, so back at 142. Feels like a yo-yo. Hopefully this will change soon. I exercised very well in the beginning of the week, but got a terrible sore back, so had to slow down for a few days.

Sorry if you guys don't like seeing the "old" numbers. I do though. :D Shows my progress so far.

As far as weight: I started at about 205 (so probably 205.5 :hugs: ). Gained 3 pounds around Week 3.

I weighed today and I'm down to 204.5 :hugs: :hugs:

Still eating less but more often, water intake has slowed but still drinking some (and we just went grocery shopping and got the Crystal Light on the go packages and bottled water so it should go up some more). Exercise hasn't been as great, unless you count running after babies all morning long at my daycare job (I am a substitute, so before wasn't going very often, but have started being needed every morning to help out).

Weight was the same as last week, but that's because I took my free day yesterday and ate lots of junk (sloppy joes, anyone?). Otherwise I was really good with my eating and exercising! All of my measurements are down, too...I'm not sure how many just for *this* challenge, but since I started tracking, I've lost 14 inches. :yahoo:

Managed to get running or biking in 5/7 days.

Eating.... eh. So so. I've done worse, I've done better.

Water... still need to work on that.

I think, overall, in 4 weeks, I'm down 2 lbs.
