I got up to between 40-50 push-ups a day and decided to give it a try. I'm not able to do as many of course, but they feel so good! (Kinda powerful if that makes sense)
Thanks for your suggestions with push-ups and tricep extensions. I've noticed a huge difference!!

Yeah, Julie!!! I remember when I first was able to do the *manlie* ones too!!! Doing the girlie ones helped me build up the strength too. They do make you feel powerful & strong and will really help strengthen your upper body (and core muscles too!).
Tricep dips are great too! Now I've just gotta get you to buy some Cathe DVD's!
