I notice you haven't done this in a while, but I would like to keep it going if you don't mind so here's my day
Breakfast - one slice toast with margarine, 2 eggs, black coffee, cream sugar
Lunch - one lsice toast, grapes, carrots, cucumber, yogurt
Dinner - chicken breast, rice cauliflower
Snacks - apple, 2 nectarines
Water - 3L
