carrots/cucumber
grapes

Snacks

2 nectarines
yogurt and blueberries

Dinner

Pork Tenderloin
wild rice
mushrooms
cauliflower
Water

Good day, Kim! I'll join ya w/ my y'days menu.

Liquids ~ 140 oz water, cup of coffee, mug of green tea

Breakfast ~ Usual oatmeal + berries

Snack ~ Vanilla yogurt + berries

Lunch ~ Salad w/ romaine, broccoli, cucumbers w/ 3 oz salmon, 1/2 c. chickpeas, red wine vinaigrette, and half of my dd's nectarine

Snack ~ SF fudge stick

Dinner ~ Chicken breast (made w/ diced tomatoes, green chilis, & spices) w/ peas, baked sweet potato w/ cinnamon, and watermelon

Snack ~ SF hot cocoa made w/ light soymilk
