I took a brisk, 25-minute walk with my dog after dinner tonight. I can feel it in my feet/calves. We have a lot of hills around here and it's a little humid with the on/off rain. I feel good overall though. I hope to get some abs in but that may not happen. If not, I'll do that tomorrow.
