My right leg was especially tight this morning after my "power walk" so I did WP Buns/Thighs...Abs will have to wait. I feel a bit better now. I also have been flexing my feet to stretch out the calf muscle...almost good as new now!

Get out there and MOOOOVE...as they say when my oldest is swimming. :wub:

I finally made it to the gym this morning (only my 2nd workout this week :wub: ) for an hour of pilates class.
