It's Friday, July 27th...what workout(s) did you do? WP, Walking, Running, Eliptical, etc.

My right leg was especially tight this morning after my "power walk" so I did WP Buns/Thighs...Abs will have to wait. I feel a bit better now. I also have been flexing my feet to stretch out the calf muscle...almost good as new now!

I finally made it to the gym this morning (only my 2nd workout this week
) for an hour of pilates class.
