I feel so bad I havent been keeping up with this on the board!!! I'm still kickin, I swear. Just been busy & not on the puter. This weekend I had a surprise bday party for my DH so that kept me off since thursday.
Weighed friday and was down 2 lbs. I only got pilates in a few times this week, and not much walking either. I have been EXTREMELY exhausted and was just dealing with it, blaming it on 3 kids, 4 mo baby, whatever. Its normal to be tired right. Well I had too many days that were just too much, and never felt rested, even after napping. So thats why I wasent getting the workouts in... never dawned on me something else was going on. Finally started thinking I should get my thyroid checked (i been hypothyroid for 5 yrs now). WEll got it checked and the number was WAY bad. Like double the highest mark. So, still waiting, but will be getting my meds adjusted tomorrow. So hopefully then my energy will come back and I'll feel good again. Really its been a lousy couple of weeks. Thought I was losing my mind.
So anyway, not the best time for me for this challenge. I'm hoping it will get easier to get in my groove again real soon. Looking forward to taking the "final" measurements the end of this week, 6 weeks gone already!!! Hope you ladies are doing better then me
