Did you walk, run, swim, do yoga/pilates/ball workout, do yardwork or get lots of walking outdoors this weekend? :hugs:

DH took the boys to their cousins' house about an hour ago so I could rest a little from my long week and try to not get sick (my throat is scratchy). DH was looking for something so I got up and once I was up, I figured I should use my free time to exercise.

I washed my stability ball in the big tub and did Gunnar's Ab Assault! I feel better now. :)

Cathe's Gym Style Bi's, Tri's, & abs.

Then a 5 mile run pushing Allison while Kiersten was on her bike. Great run, beautiful morning!!!

Going out to eat an awesome steak place tonight to celebrate our 11th anniversary (it was y'day!). Yum!

DH fixed my flat bike tire and pumped up the other one so I took it for a short spin around the block today.

Then, I walked around the block three times with the little guys and DH later in the day.

I ran up and down the stairs a million times doing laundry, etc. today...does that count?
