I just finished WP Buns/Thighs w/o resistance and 40 reps on the AB machine.

I took all of last week off.. first time I've done that all year... but I've averaged 4.89 days per week for this year! ;)

6 Mile power walk. :-) Air was thick this morning, but the bike path was nice and soft from the overnight rain.

3 mile run pushing Allison in jogger & Kiersten on her bike. Yikes- it was hot & humid out there!!!

Added a 1-1.5 mile walk after dinner. Just a casual walk with the little boys and DH. Boy is it humid here! I was sweating and I rarely do that.
