We registered with our local library to get a kit that comes with a book club discussion guide, etc. I'll pick up the kit at the end of September and we're meeting again on Nov. 8th.

The Interim Minister will no longer be a part of the group...so sad. She laughed at our choice and said the new pastor will have to bite his tongue at the "sex" book we chose. Oh, well....:hugs:

That book seems to be making a comeback!

I liked it, but my book club did not. It deals with a lot of controversial things. Let us know what you think!

I will!

I tell you ... they were strongly leaning towards reading "Memory Keeper's Daughter" -- I told them I tried to read it for several weeks and I just couldn't get into the detail of it so they chose this. We'll see.
