Turbo Jam- Cardio Dance Party, this was sooooo fun!!! I used the weighted gloves so I was feelin' the punches even more!!

120 pushups to do today!! I did them in my hotel room over the weekend. I used the treadmill at the hotel too on Sat morning, and did lots of walking plus dancing at the wedding!!!

Hugs,
Jess

Taking a couple of days off, should probably take 1-2 weeks off as per doctors orders, but I'm afraid I'll go stir crazy. <_<
I see him on the 16th to discuss my MRI and x-rays, and possibly get a cortisone shot, so hopefully I'll get a green light then. :)

:) :hugs: I don't want to frustrate you more, but I would encourage you to take the time off the doctor recommends. Mark has a friend who injured her knee and didn't take it easy like she was supposed to. Now she has arthritis, most likely caused by it. :( I'm sorry you're going though this.

ITA w/ Sara. Please listen to your Dr's. After dealing w/ the tendonitis that I've had, I found out that hard way that if I had just taken the time off at the beginning I would have healed up much faster. Please take it easy, ok????? Vent away if you need to!

Hugs,
Jess
