Hip Hop Abs- I've done the Hips, Buns, & Thighs and the Last Minute Abs (5 min). They are fun too, he puts a hip hop twist on familiar moves like lunges & squats. It was fun & easy to follow too.
Just thought I'd keep ya posted. My Mom's going to try out all of the Hip Hop Abs and Slim in 6. My brother is going to do P90X!!! I'm really excited about it, I absolutely LOVE this program. I also have Power 90 which is a less strenuous version of the X.
