I did 50 reps on the AB machine and WP Buns/Thighs. This was the first workout for a bit since I've been sick with a cold/cough. It felt good to exercise again. I've taken a few walks but that's it.

WP B&T. I'm easing back into things too. I had an awful stomach bug over the weekend. ;) To make matters worse I think I got it from the gym :hugs: . Yuck.
