This morning's workout was spectacular. Okay, the workout was mediocre, but the scenery was amazing! I saw eight shooting stars--big ones--in the course of an hour. It was truly amazing and worth getting up for!
6 mile walk...not very fast, as my eyes were glued on the sky!

Easing back into it with doctor's O.K.! :blush2:

Easy-paced 3 mile run on the treadmill + WP B&T

Hip is feeling good today, even with all the driving I did over the weekend (about 10 hours).
It usually hurts the most after sitting for long periods of time.

1.5 mile (25 mins.) walk at lunch.

I didn't bring my shoes or a shirt to change into so I was walking with a black sweater on in about 80 degree weather :yahoo: Let's call it a leisurely stroll, LOL!

Good job, Rach!! How are you doing w/ the pushups & pullups now, are you seeing improvements?? That's one of my fav workouts, I can't believe my upper body strength now!!
