Easy-paced 3 mile run on the treadmill + WP B&T
Hip is feeling good today, even with all the driving I did over the weekend (about 10 hours).
It usually hurts the most after sitting for long periods of time.

I didn't bring my shoes or a shirt to change into so I was walking with a black sweater on in about 80 degree weather
