What is (are) your healthy living goal(s) for the week?

What is the one thing you anticipate will be the biggest stumbling block en route to this goal?

Keep your chin up--You can do it!

My goals for this week:

Some kind of exercise 3 times this week. It's not a lot, I know, but it's more than I am doing right now. My biggest thing is just getting exercise back into my routine.

I'm also going to drink one bottle of water each day. Again, not a lot, but I havent' been drinking much water at all since I haven't been exercising. (I am working up to my ultimate goal of giving up my diet coke! :hugs: )

And just b/c I like things in "threes" I'll add one more. LOL. No snacking after dinner. This isn't a real big issue for me, but it's something that can sneak in there sometimes!

My biggest obstacle will be my schedule and laziness!

My goals for the week: Run instead of walk at least one day this week. Also, I want to fit in 3 days of Pilates.

The main obstacle to running would be me still feeling achy. The obstacle for Pilates would be getting my butt in gear at lunch time and do it!

It's easier for me to see it all written out like this, as opposed to saying "Workout 5 days."
I usually write this in my planner each week.

Monday: Treadmill/Pilates

Tuesday: Cathe weights workout (Gym Style Legs or Butts & Guts)/abs

Wednesday: Treadmill or Bike/Pilates

Thursday: Cathe Cardio & Weights workout/abs

Friday: Rest day/Dr. apt.

Saturday: Lower body rest day post cortisone shot, so will do Cathe Pyramid Upper Body/light abs

Sunday: Rest day

Obstacles: None that I can think of except the usual work projects, PTA stuff (a painting project I must finish by Sunday, and I need to get some layouts done for the yearbook~ procrastination!), appointments, errands, etc.

My main goal this week is to exercise 4 times. I hope this will ease me back into the routine and then everything else (healthier eating and regular exercise) will come back with it.

My main stumbling block will be scheduling it in. I wish I could get up early and do it rather than the evening when things are so hectic but I really can't. If I exercise in the morning I am starving all DAY!!!

My goal is to get 3-4 workuts in this week. Also, I have been slacking with my usual 80 oz water intake and I need to get that back on track.

Stumbling Block will be this tummy bug I cannot seem to get rid of :yahoo: .

My goal is to continue with my no coffee, no pop and no tea. I made it through the second weekend, so I think I can do this.

Next goal, is to add more fruits and veggies into my day. 2 different veggies with every meal.

My goal for this week is to do some kind of exercise every day.I was doing so good with this but really slacked off.
Also,I will drink at least 96 oz of water a day. That's another thing I have slacked off with. :welcome:

My stumbling block will be trying to fit in work outs.

My goals for this week.

Continue to not smoke, I quit last week after picking it up again for four months.
I'm giving up Pepsi this week. It's been two days.
To exercise at least every other day for 30 minutes. I worked out Monday night so far. I was just too tired to do anything today except veg.
