Hopefully we spent some time last week thinking about changes we want or need to make or even fine-tune. So since it's a brand-new week, why don't we set some goals for this week? It shouldn't be anything huge right off the bat because then you will feel bad if you don't accomplish it. Whether it is to recommit to diet and/or exercise or to eat a vegetable everyday, make some kind of commitment to your health!!!
My goal for this week is to exercise 4 times. It isn't back to where I was but it is a start!!!

My goal is to continue with my no coffee, no pop and no tea. I made it through the second weekend, so I think I can do this.
Next goal, is to add more fruits and veggies into my day. 2 different veggies with every meal.
