Aw, you guys are awesome!
I've just had a busy year. Things have been nuts and I've been being dragged along and I'm purposing in my heart to change that NOW. It's going to mean making some tough decisions but I've been mulling them over for a while now.
And I really do miss exercise. It's an enormous self esteem booster for me.
Little secret here: I've been taking my blood glucose levels - and I'm on the edge of diabetes. After watching my friend have a kidney transplant and multiple foot surgeries - she now can only walk very short distances - I do NOT want to go down that road. I'm not officially diagnosed at this point and I'm taking charge before more time passes by.
It sure is nice to be remembered! You guys rock!! ((HUGS))
