Nothing yet. My plans were derailed this morning, I forgot I had to take the kids to school this morning. I didn't want DS to haul his big Social Studies project on the bus. Hope to fit in at least a timesaver version of a leg workout tonight!

I can't figure out how to go back an edit my post..

I got in 20 minutes (1.25 mile) on my treadmill with 5%incline.

I don't think you can go back and edit after a certain amount of time (30 minutes?). You can just hit the quote button in your original post to tack on more to the bottom (like I'm doing here, LOL).

Love your picture Jamie! :) You really need to add your success story with before/after pictures to the "Success Story" subforum!
