This DVD came as part of the really cheap grab bag that I got from Gaiam. I had been saving it for winter, but rain is almost as good as winter.
Instructor: Chris Freytag
Fitness level: moderate (but you can do as many segments as you want)
Choreography: pretty easy (and that's from someone who really likes WATP and has several left feet)

This DVD includes a paper instructional booklet with a suggested Monday-Friday workout program based on your goals. Their targeted workouts include: Lose Weight, Get Firm, Improve your Health, Flatten your Belly, and Slim your Hips and Thighs.

What I LOVE is that you can mix and match segments. Now, I have another video where it claims that you can mix and match segments, but with that one you have to finish the segment and then go back to the main menu and choose another one. This one is AWESOME because you go to the "select segments" page and click on the segments you're interested from the following:

Warm-Up
Legs & Butt
Abs & Lower back
Arms & Shoulders
Chest & Upper back
Total Body Toning
Cardio A
Cardio B
Cool-down

And in the order you want them! Click on them in the order you want them and you can see the order at the bottom of the page. Then you hit "play workout" and it begins your workout.

I did the cardio A and cardio B and the cool-down.
Each cardio segment was about 15 minutes long and the cool down was a nice stretch--about 4 minutes. I can see that this would be really good on days where you only have "just a few minutes". I could feel that my heart rate was elevated after just 5 minutes, even though we didn't seem to be doing anything "tough". Grapevines, knee repeaters, jumping jacks, punches, etc. in different combinations. The instructor was motivational without being annoying or whiny and her cuing was pretty good.

I liked it!

Sounds good and it's great to switch things up a bit. This does sound like it would be convinient while you're in a crunch for time!!! Thanks for the review!
