I do at home somewhere. I think I found them from a pilates site through yahoo. You might be able to google it somehow.

I found it! It's a Yahoo group. Here's what they have for the workout:
BUN & THIGH SCULPTING1. kick to front & back 10x2. bicycle 3x front, 3x back3. leg lifts 10x4. big circles 5x front, 5x back5. small circles 10x front, 10x back6. hot potato 5x7. bridge I-heel pointed up, foot flexed pulse up 20x8. bridge II-hell pinted up, foot flexed 3 pulses up 10x9. both legs lifting 5x10. bottom leg lifting 10x11. big scissors 10xFETAL THIGH SERIES12. fetal thigh leg lift 10x13. knee pointed down, shift foot upward 10x14. clams 10x15. elevated clams 10x16. elevated clams + shift foot upward 10x17. same routine on other side18. heel beats-on stomach, head down, thighs lifted, beat heels 20x19. a little peace of heaven
