I had a flu shot yesterday and my arm is still killing me! Holy crap!
I wish now I would have taken the FluMist option that my kids did. :)

Um... I'm with you. I got mine y'day too & today my arm feels like lead. I am going to suffer through pullups & pushups today- ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!

my arm always hurts for 2 days. I'm a wimp too!! (of course I don't let on to the kids, suck it up! lol)

I have never had one but heard they are very painfull.I hope you start feeling better soon!!
Would putting ice on it help?

My too, I'm a wimp after getting the shot. I have a lead arm for 48 hrs. I haven't found anything that helps myself. Hope you feel better soon!!
