How did you do in meeting your weekly goals for this week? Good? Not so good? Even if this wasn't such a great week, we can try again next week. Right?

If you were successful, did you do anything differently this week?
If you were not completely successful...or not successful at all, what happened? And what would you do differently if you had to do this week over?

I did pretty well this week! I fit in some running two days, Pilates 3 days and did something cardio M-F. The enormous bowl of ice cream probably wasn't a great idea....but I'm working on my food decisions, LOL.

Eh....I did *ok* I guess. Didn't get my exercising in at all, I'm embarrassed to say. But I did meet my water and food goals, and that's usually the hardest part for me! And, I've had hardly any diet coke all week!!!! In fact, I don't think there was a day that I've finished an entire can all week! THAT is huge for me! It was something I didn't put in my goals, but something I've been really thinking about working on. To me, that almost makes up for the lack of exercise, as I am so addicted to the stuff! LOL

Okay! A Partial-win! :) I know how hard it was for me to reduce my diet-cola intake, so WTG! What held you back from meeting your exercising goals? Work? Just wondering.
Great job meeting your water/food goals though...that's always the hard part for me!

I didn't work out following my schedule I created on Monday, but I modified it because my hip was pretty sore. Just did some walking and stretching each day. This is pretty big for me; usually I will work out anyway even if I'm in pain, but I know I *need* to take it easy if I'm going to get over this. I really wanted the inflamed area in the best possible condition for my cortisone shot today. I'm suddenly freaked out about it, remembering how the needle felt in my knee. :) Leaving right now.....

Have a great Friday ladies!

Yes, it was basically my schedule. Although, Monday I had a free night that I don't normally have, so that was just laziness! LOL. Tuesday and Wednesday I was gone til 9pm and last night Timm didn't get home from work til 9pm.

Not too bad overall. We had a really busy week here, but I did get 4 days of excerise in (so I met that goal) ;) . On the other hand, I had to eat out for lunch 3 times this week because of all the running I had to do :) , but I also did not gain any weight this week so I must have made some good choices and kept my portions in check. I did okay with my water intake, but there were a couple of days that I should have had more. So, I am not unhappy with my week. As always, I will try to do even better next week.

didn't meet it at all, but I kind of predicted it on Monday unfortunately. My sitter was out of town and my youngest had 2 days off from preschool . . . and WORK dumped on me. And it was book fair week that I volunteer for. Then the past 2 days it's been pouring all day. sigh

wah me, huh? lol

Anyway, I did eat well so I know I at least maintained where I was. sigh. I'm hoping to get out Sat and Sun since DH will be home and I try VERY HARD to not work on Sat and Sun (I work at home)

I completed my goal. I exercised everyday, Lot's of walking, hiking, pilates and circuit training. I'm still not smoking and haven't had a pepsi all week until tonight and I had a diet one. So I feel like I did great and I want to continue through the weekend.

Next week I have to add in eating better.

I think I made great progress!! Although I didn't meet my treadmill goal (goal was 4-5 times for the week and I made 3), I was very conscious of how every change can make a difference. So I journaled all my food and stayed on track with that (during the week anyway, LOL!) and tried to be more active in general. I know my body is reacting to my more sedentary lifestyle since I started working full-time as I sit at my desk all day where as when I am home, I am constantly moving. I tried to shake things up last week and did well. If it was walking up 10-11 floors or walking in the pouring rain to a restaurant, I am aiming for more activity overall.

Fess up Monday for me.

I'm in Allyn's camp..........not such a great week last week. Partly schedule, partly laziness. Didn't do any of my three runs (so my two weeks off after a marathon turned into 3! :P ). Omi was sick one day and we had a Halloween party on Friday that I spent the week getting ready for. Tim was out of the house three nights with other commitments. I could have gone to the gym and used the childcare room, but I just didn't. Was planning to at least get my long run in on Sunday but I had a volleyball tourney. We were supposed to play our first game at 2:30 but the refs mixed up the time and didn't show up until 2pm (first teams were supposed to play at 1). We didn't play til about 3:30 then we ended up winning our first game so we had to sit around another hour to play again. Didn't get home until almost 7pm. Ugh......so much for running.

I did do 2 of the P90X upper body workouts.

So-so on the food. My goal was no fast food, but I did have it once. Not too bad.

Oh well, that's in the past, right? I have my gym bag in my car so I'm going there straight from work to do some speed work.
