3.25 miles running/2.75 miles walking...alternating 1/2 mile segments. :any-help:

Rest day, per the doctor.
I had the cortisone shot on Friday and have to take it easy for a week. ~sigh~

crunches,squats and arm workout using 6 lb weights.It felt great but I think I might be sore tomorrow. lol

i did 38 minutes on the elliptical machine. i was pressed for time and thats all i could fit itn. then a long walk after dinner.

Speedwork on treadmill @45 min.

.75 mile warmup at 10min/mile pace
3X1600m (2 at 8:30 pace, 1 at 8:00 pace)
.25 jog/walk in between
.5 mile cool down
