My exercise goals: to do some sort of running 2-3 times this week, in addition to walking and Pilates. We'll see how I feel!
food goals: I would like to concentrate on the after-school/before dinner time. I am THE WORST at keeping things healthy then, as I am tired and hungry. I am going to try to think out a snack-plan earlier in the day. Hopefully that will help.

Okay, I'll pretend last week never happened and post the exact same goals this week!
Exercise:
Three runs (speed work, pace run and long run).
P90X strength workouts
Food:
No fast food.
Stumbling blocks:
Schedule and laziness

My goals are to workout 3-4 times this week, and drink more water each day. My biggest stumbling blocks this week are going to be having the kids home Thursday and Friday (Parent/Teacher Conferences) and Halloween candy

Goals this week:
Stay OP with eating. 22 points a day plus earn 4 AP's while trying NOT to use them.
Workout 5 days (4 miles on treadmill and Pilates) this week plus walk at least 2 times around lake at work(1.5 miles).
Obstacles:
HALLOWEEN and all the darn candy. I had to buy our candy for home at lunchtime (walked at least a mile to buy it, BTW : ) and it is sitting here whispering to me.

Goals for this week are to eat healthy everyday, lot's of fruits and veggies and exercise 5 times.
