Title :: Creamy mushroom Kickin Chicken

Ingredients ::
  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 handful French fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons (or more) of crushed red pepper
Description ::
Easy to make, delish to eat. Creamy mushroom soup over chicken with a twist. This recipe can be made in the oven or in the crockpot. Serve over rice.

Place chicken breasts (I threw them in there frozen) in the crockpot. Pour cream of mushroom over chicken. Toss in crushed red pepper and a handful of French's fried onions. Let cook.

I set the crockpot for six hours and it was perfect. Jose and the kids thought it was a little too spicy (I put more than two tablespoons of crushed red pepper tee hee)

Served it over rice and used more fried onions to garnish. Totally delish!

If you halve this recipe it would serve four. I put 5 breasts in and still have leftovers.
