Leftovers tonight - we have plenty of leftover beef tacos from last night. Dh will be out with the boys all weekend, so we are going to be eating pretty quick and easy meals while he is gone (hard to cook with the 13month old clinging to my leg).

Tonight we had my chicken parmigian. It is a simple one. I like simple ones. I use chicken strips, bake them, then layer in a baking dish with spag. sauce and mozzarella cheese. Serve over spag. Though the kids only eat the spag plain and eat the chicken separate!

We had hamburger patties and gravy over egg noodles with a side of black eyed peas. Easy and fast!
