Breakfast: grits & coffee. DH made cinnamon rolls for him & the kids & I ate one of those...they were small though.
Lunch: to make up for the cinnamon roll, I think I'll stick to a salad - yummy taco salad!
Snack: apple or celery
Dinner: have no idea. Maybe eggs.

Breakfast - light string cheese, special K bar
snack - another special K bar and diet coke (I was out running errands)
Lunch - Subway tuna sub left from last night; didn't finish all of it, though (6 inch sub) and had no condiments on it; also had some cucumbers
snack - probably a banana
Dinner - not sure if we'll have ham and veggies or turkey club sandwiches; in either case, I just went shopping this morning so we've got lots of fruit/veggies on hand!

breakfast-- hard boiled egg, pretzel/almond/dried fruit mix I made
lunch--chinese food --
I did try to eat lots of veggies, nothing fried, and had some fruit for desert
dinner-- nacho's --we won't talk about those
I'm going to eat a piece of fruit later.

Well, I tracked all my food today on The Daily Plate & I have 61 calories left so it was a good day. I ended up eating chicken chile verde for lunch which is a very healthy soup as long as I don't top it with too much cheese & light sour cream. Then dinner was a hodge podge of stuff. I made ramen soup for R & the boys so I had a tiny bit of that, 1 small cinnamon roll (those are hard to resist!) & then I just now ate salad with a little bit of leftover taco meat (maybe 1/4 c.) black beans, cucumber & salsa. Dessert will be a big glass of milk!
