I did the new
dvd I just ordered. I've watched her reality show so I thought I'd give the dvd a try since it had such great reviews. It's probably not for the "hard core" girls, but I think it will be good. I like that it's 3 20 minute workouts (upper body, lower body and core) which you can do seperately or all together, or any combination. I'm hoping to fit in Cathe's Upper Body Pyramid once a week though. LOVE that one!
