Silly question....

are we posting our exercise in this subforum as well?

Just in case we are...
I did a 20 minute upper body workout (which included cardio bursts between exercises) and I went for a 2.5 mile walk/run tonight. I hadn't planned on running as it's been about a year since I've last run, but those darn Pet Shop Boys got me going! :grouphug: :hugs:

Heck yeah!

I did an upper body Firm video (about 40+ minutes long) & I'm going to try to do at least Pilates B&T tonight.

Good for you on running!!! What upper body workout did you do? Is it a video?

I did the new dvd I just ordered. I've watched her reality show so I thought I'd give the dvd a try since it had such great reviews. It's probably not for the "hard core" girls, but I think it will be good. I like that it's 3 20 minute workouts (upper body, lower body and core) which you can do seperately or all together, or any combination. I'm hoping to fit in Cathe's Upper Body Pyramid once a week though. LOVE that one!

That looks great! I checked out a review & there's no way I could do any of the Lower Body workout. I have horrible knee problems (they crackle like nobody's business) - I've had knee surgery on my right knee & need more on both of them - and can't do any lunges or squats. That's why I'm hoping to have results like Lauren Sue with Pilates. Pilates I can do.

I did about 15 minutes on the elliptical, pretty slow, nothing overly strenuous, I wasn't even wearing shoes, LOL.

And then I had my 75 minute belly dancing class tonight.
