How was your weekend? New goals for this week?

I was less careful about what I ate last week while I was visiting my sister, and I didn't find opportunities to exercise, but I managed not to gain anything, anyway. Now I'm ready to take back control and lose some more weight.

I tried to make healthy choices as much as possible but did slip up a few times. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was just to hard to resist.
I went to the store today and bought tons of fresh fruit and veg for the week. I bought some jicama to try. Back to the healthy eating again!
I want to start exercising again this week.......we'll see how that goes.

Funeral today and only about 4 hours of sleep last night, so I'm not going to feel guilty about slacking today! I'll start my week tomorrow! Exercise 4 days, track calories and drink water!

my goal was going to be running 4x this week, but i pulled a muscle in my back. so i'm not sure that that will happen. i'm pretty irritated, not to mention sore. swimming may be a better choice this week.

Weekend - not too bad. My weigh in is Wednesday.
