Workouts for Tuesday July 8 even though its almost over...

I did 15 mins of HIIT on the elliptical. Meant to do 20, but K woke up from her nap just a bit too early crying and being generally miserable (she had a fever and wasn't feeling good.)

I'm off to do pilates as soon as I'm done here. I think I'll throw in a few pushups as well!

I did a few minutes of cardio-type swimming at the lake today, did some strength exercises moving risers tonight, and then went on my 3-mile walk. The walk is getting boring. I may have to do something else tomorrow.

Nothing for me, I'm lucky to make it through the day at work.

this cold is knocking me right out, I cancelled all personal trianing for this week.
