Since I'm bored of walking, and it's raining anyway, I pulled out a Winsor video tonight. I get burned out on these really fast, but tonight was a new one--at least I don't remember it--advanced power sculpting with resistance. It wasn't too bad, but I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow. BTW, anyone know how many calories pilates burns? I've been getting a kick out of recording my exercise and food intake with thedailyplate.com, and they have a generic pilates entry that shows 268 cal/hour. That sounds about right, but I wondered if anyone had more specific info?

I did pilates, too. Buns/thighs. I was way too tired to try tackling anything else!
