I weighed myself this morning~~after changing my eating habits for 5 weeks~~I have lost 19 lbs!! ;) I know a lot of that is water weight and some has to do with being sick yesterday and not eating anything but WOW! I never expected to see the number on the scale that I did. I have noticed that my clothes are fitting looser and that my "mommy tummy" isn't hanging as low as it was...I think some of you know what I'm talking about. :grouphug:

I plan to continue my healthy eating and am now going to add Pilate's to start strengthening my core. Walking and Walk Away the Pounds will come soon after that. :) :yahoo:

Holy crap, Bren! That's awesome! Keep it up. Imagine the possibilities as you add in more activities. The food is the hardest part for me. Congrats on being so consistent for so long. :grouphug:

The biggest thing I did was cut out sugar. I was snacking all day on junk. I started eating lots more fruits and veggies and changed to whole grains. Also drinking more water each day. That's about it.

btw, I felt like those people on Biggest Loser when they step on the scale the first week...lol! Only it took me 5 weeks. :hugs: I know that's a way healthier way to lose it rather than rapidly.
